How to cancel subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription on Rentasbuddy.com, follow these straightforward steps to manage your billing preferences:

Cancel through your account:

  1. Visit Rentasbuddy.com
    • Login and sign in using your account credentials.
  2. Navigate to "Subscription tab":
    • On the left-side menu of your dashboard, locate and click on the "Subscription" option.
  3. Initiate Cancellation:
    • Within the Subscription section, you'll find a "Cancel" button. Click on it to initiate the cancellation process.
  4. Confirmation:
    • After clicking "Cancel," you may be prompted to confirm your decision. Proceed by clicking "OK" to confirm the cancellation.

Canceling Automatic Payment Via Razorpay

  1. Sign in to your Razorpay account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Payments
  4. Select Automatic Payments then click on "Manage Automatic Payments"
  5. Select the merchant
  6. Click Cancel

Your recurring payments will cease, and you will not be billed for the next subscription cycle. Keep in mind that you can continue using the service for the remaining duration of your current subscription.
